They are all mentalray shaders and will work only if the mental ray plugin is installed/loaded and working in your system.
The instructions to install the shaders are provided in the website.
There is a shader called "p_MegaTKShader".. once you define that as a material to your object you can add a lot of different attributes to the material through the properties window as shown in this screencap:

It was kinda cool to play with... Just changing the fresnel value on the top image yielded the bottom image.

It is worth a try.
